About Nutritional Medicine

Nutritional Medicine provides a holistic outlook on how nutrition influences our health, the relationship between diet and disease, as well as a focused understanding of how nutrients, food and lifestyle factors can affect one's overall state of health.

Degree-qualified holistic nutritionists combine traditional food wisdom with current scientific advances in nutritional biochemistry to treatments that are tailored to the individual's unique needs. This may include recommendations with high quality nutritional supplements to correct any underlying biochemical imbalances.

Additional services such meal preparation and cooking sessions may also be included in this plan to further facilitate positive change.
